We are offering a 1 year of warranty , so for any reason if something happend in the first year , cracked , colores got off etc, we will send u a new one without an additional cost, you will just need to show us the product in the current situation (what got defective etc)
step 1 - upload the image/s of the moment or people u want to make the custom figure of/for.
step 2 - we will send u an email to verify your final image/s, after a confirmation our 3d designer will make 3d files for your custom figures.
Step 3 - after 2-3 days we will send u updates, and will do revisions where are needed.
Step 4 - after we confirmed the 3d file , will print the custom figures and paint it manually.
Step 5 - You will get image/s and videos before we will ship it to you
Step 6 - the custom figure/s will be shipped to you.
